Hi, I'm Steph, creator of Elevating Educators.
After years as a corporate executive, I made the shift into Family Day Care because of my passion for children and education. But along the way, I noticed something troubling: too many dedicated educators were burning out, drowning in admin, and feeling completely alone in their work.
That's why I created Elevating Educators. I wanted to combine my corporate skillset with my lived experience as a Family Day Care Educator to provide mentoring that is both practical and heart-led.
